The Radar is essentially useless at level 9 because the cloak cannot even be unlocked yet, it's still nice to prebuild. Once you start facing enemies with the cloak, the Radar can nullify it in a couple of seconds. Even a level one Radar can effectively cut a max Cloak's time in third instantly.

Summary

The Radar is pretty useless at level 9 because the cloak cannot even be unlocked yet, but it's still nice to prebuild. Once you start facing enemies with the cloak, the Radar can nullify it in a couple of seconds. Even a level one Radar can effectively cut a max Cloak's time in third instantly.

Defending

Obviously, any advanced Cloak user will try to destroy your cloak before they use their cloak. Now with the Radar's 0 base armor, this room will be a high priority Armor and crew room. Make sure to also have this AI snippet so you save power without cancelling your AI.
